FAQs

How will I know if my client placed an order?

Once your client completes their onsite consultation and places an order, our team will email you to notify you that your client has made an order. Just make sure your client mentions your name during their initial contact or consultation.

How do I get paid?

After your client’s blinds have been ordered and their down payment paid, we will issue your $250 referral bonus via Zelle or Venmo—whichever you prefer. We will reach out to confirm payment details once your referral is confirmed.

Is there a time limit for referrals?

Yes—clients must schedule their onsite consultation within 45 days of their closing and place an order within 30 days of their onsite consultation to qualify. This ensures a timely connection and keeps everything moving forward for both you and your client.

What counts as a qualifying order?

A qualifying order includes a minimum order of $2,500 or more from a new client you referred.

Can I refer multiple clients?

Yes! You’ll earn $250 for every qualifying client you refer. There’s no cap on bonuses. The more you refer, the more you earn!

I’m so glad I found this blinds company. Because it’s a small business I got very quick and personal attention; Karla is great and very available. We got 17 blinds for or home and I chose these because they are very slim and the strings are hidden from view. Similar blinds from mainstream companies install with a bulky bar at the top and strings going down the view. I love how sleek these are. From ordering to delivery it was less than 3 weeks!! And Karla walked us through the install on zoom since we live out of state. She noticed that other install clips would be better and immediately shipped out the ones. Install was super easy and quick. We love the blinds!

We bought a brand new place with amazing tilt and turn windows. After checking on quotes for regular blinds, drapes etc. we decided to work with Karla from Ashland Blinds. First off, we were warned that the price may be higher than traditional blinds. While we found that to be true the price difference was really not that bad. We loved the fact that the install was COMPLETELY non-invasive; especially since we love the frames around our windows. The install process with Jesus was quick and mostly easy. Sadly, the blinds didn't quite fit in 2 of our 5 rooms but Karla quickly ordered replacements and got the new ones installed with no further problems. That was a commitment she made and followed through on. If you are considering window coverings give Karla a call. The service was awesome, the pricing reasonable, the blinds are beautiful and we had a wonderful overall experience.

Karla was a pleasure to work with! The whole process was seamless. Karla came to our residence to measure and at the same time brought samples for us to choose from. Within 4-5 weeks, our blinds were shipped from Europe and installed in our new residence. We also found prices to be comparable to other options we had looked into, but these look great on our tilt and turn windows!
